Mahadi also served as a Research Assistant (Under UGC Project) from 1st May 2019 to 5th January 2020 in the Department of Psychology, Jagannath University, Dhaka-1100, and before started this, he joined Mohammadpur Central College as a lecturer in Psychology from March 07, 2017, to March 30, 2019. Besides he has thirteen years of research experience (both academic and professonal) in different areas, and was a visiting lecturer (Psychology) in two various institutions named - Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP) and Narsindi Govt. College.
He received an R&D research project (2018-2019 session) from the Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. As a research expert Mahadi supervised 12 term paper for Masters Level and 4 Research Project for Honor’s level during the period.
Now he is a PhD research student under the Department of Psychology, Jagannath University. Before this he awarded M.Phil. degree from the department of Psychology, Jagannath University (session: 2014-15), and also completed his Postgraduate degree (Thesis Group, with CGPA-3.76 & stood 1st position in Health Psychology Group) and Undergraduate (with CGPA-3.60 & stood 9th position) from here. He passed H.S.C (GPA-4.10) & S.S.C (GPA-3.56) under the Barisal Board.
As an academic enthusiastic he Passed 10th (2014) & 13th (2017) Teachers’ Registration Examination in Psychology (College Level), Under the Education Ministry of Bangladesh.
Being a researcher he published Seven (8) research article both national and international journals, and also written eight articles in a different areas in Psychology and Research. He joined eight national conferences in different places, attended four seminars, and also presented four research papers in various research conferences. He also adapted one questionnaire for conducting research in 2012 and completed ten training courses and Five workshops on Psychology and Research.
